Access Payroll & Personnel

Simplify your salary and wage processing by using an HM Revenue & Customs approved payroll package. Access Payroll will handle any combination of pay types and pay frequencies, presenting information in a graphical, easy to use format.

SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP and all other statutory requirements are included, along with a host of productivity features. Full pay analysis is possible using in-built reporting facilities. Each updated version incorporates legislative changes, ensuring that you always have confidence in the accuracy of your payroll processing.

P11D Processing
Access Payroll handles all the calculation and reporting connected with taxable benefits. P11D and P11D(b) submissions can be made using traditional printed reports or online filing.

Electronic Submissions
Access Payroll meets the criteria laid down by the HM Revenue & Customs for payment of cash incentives on electronic submission of Year End returns. It also satisfies guidelines on electronic payments, with a wide range of approved BACS formats.

Time Sheets
Time sheets from the Access Costing module (or any other system) can be integrated to Payroll with ease, for effortless pay calculation and consolidation by pay type.

Employee Records
Full personnel facilities are included, covering pay history, qualifications, photograph, tracking of holiday entitlement and calculation of holiday pay.

Absence Tracking
Record, track and review all types and periods of staff absence, from 30 minutes at the dentist to long-term sickness. You can report on any combination of employee and absence type, and highlight specific periods for review by your Payroll Manager as part of your next pay run. When considering applications for holidays, scheduling training or authorising other types of absence, use the in-built planner to maximise your resources. Data from the planner is readily exported into Excel, for deeper analysis.

Appraisals
This facility will handle all forms of staff evaluation, from job appraisals to Health & Safety assessments. Use the forms wizard to create new templates, complete with KPI measurements, task notes and next-action flags. Electronic documents (such as e-mails and Excel spreadsheets) can be attached directly to each assessment and a calendar is included for scheduling future activity. Reports are available on pending and incomplete appraisals, covering due dates, unresolved action points and so on.
