Accounts & CRM Developer/Support Consultant

Working with Access Dimensions, Pegasus Opera II, ProspectSoft CRM Software as well as internally developed standalone and web-based applications

  • Developing within the supported framework of commercial applications to provide solution that fits our customers requirements
  • Working on standalone development solutions including web based applications and their integration to back-office systems
  • Liaise with sales team and project managers to advise and assist with specification of solutions
  • Project management of development work assigned
  • Installing on Customers systems
  • Provide second line support on both previous development projects and the products to which they relate
  • Produce development documentation
  • Data Conversion as appropriate
  • Plan and train users as appropriate
  • Document and Report Designs
  • Telephone and on-site support

Notes:

The hours of work will be 09:00-17:30. Monday to Friday

There may be times where an early start or late finish is required to complete the work. There are payments made to cover these.

20 days Holiday per year, rising to 25 after 5 full years service, 1 additional day per year.

Company operates a profit share scheme, and you will be eligible for a pension contribution after 1 years service.

Training will be given where required both internally and externally.



Summary:

The Salary is negotiable depending on experience and will include our car payment scheme.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience of working in a similar role with Pegasus Opera, ProspectSoft CRM, Access Dimensions or similar products.

Programming and report writing experience is required, along with experience of SQL-based databases. Programming experience in Visual Basic 6, Visual Basic .NET, PHP, Visual Foxpro, or Delphi would be a distinct advantage.

Other skills which are essential to this role include the ability to work independently, and be able to deal with customers in a confident and professional manner as regular site visits will be a part of this position.
