Implementation

The main aim is to install the agreed new systems on time, within budget and with the least possible disruption to the existing day to day business activities. This is achieved by intensely advanced detailed planning at all stages which is agreed between the client and designated Enhanced project manager.

The new systems will be configured to meet precise business needs whilst the implementation will be planned to cause the least possible disruption to ongoing activities. Each implementation will be assigned with its own team of dedicated and highly skilled technicians who will work closely with the clients appointed project manager.

The key to successful and smooth running installations is communications at every step of the implementation. All Enhanced staff are trained as a matter of routine in communication skills and clearly recognise the importance of involving and updating the client through what can be seen as a time of uncertainty before the relevant staff are trained and up and running with the new systems.
