Automatic Server Monitoring

Enhanced Server Monitor (ESM) has been written by the developers at Enhanced to specifically monitor for events/situations which are likely to cause problems on your server. For example, if a Windows server running email runs out of disk space, it will automatically stop the email programs to protect the data, meaning all users are unable to access their inbox.

The Enhanced Server Monitor software has been developed internally to run on customer's servers and periodically perform certain checks. It then connects to a server at Enhanced every 15 minutes, and reports any potential errors, or sends an "OK" signal.

If any problems are found, it then instigates an alert on our support computers, so the in-house engineers are instantly aware there is a potential concern prior to it causing you a major problem.
