As part of Enhanced’s commitment to improved customer service, they have just made a major investment in appointing Paul Warwick to head up their Customer Services Team. Paul has been with Enhanced for 10 years and knows the business inside out. He has been given the challenge of building closer links with the Enhanced customer to ensure that the product, services and systems they sell are the most efficient and cost effective, and to offer an ongoing affordable service package.

The bespoke work carried out by the Enhanced team of system developers is second to none. Andrew Oborn, their senior systems developer sees every problem as a challenge, the more complex the better! He has just written a piece of bespoke software for Medisave that enables them to print labels in Connecticut using data drawn from their Access database in Weymouth. How about that for a cost saving piece of software!
