New European Parliament CSR Approval For Access Dimensions From Enhanced

A European Parliament spokesperson has voiced support for Access Dimensions software available via Enhanced that enables companies to measure their carbon footprint quickly and easily and report on it.

European Parliament spokesperson on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Richard Howitt MEP has highlighted the important environmental role being played by Accounting for Carbon Emissions (ACE), part of Access Accounting’s award-winning Access Dimensions accounts software.

Organisations’ staff can log in to the Access Dimensions ACE software online, making it easier for them to input their carbon emissions data more swiftly, giving companies rapid access to valuable data that will help them to minimise their impact on the planet.

All this has been made possible by the incorporation of the Access Dimensions ACE software into the Web-enabled professional services automation solution FocalPoint.

It takes Access Dimension beyond financial reporting, enabling companies to determine how they can reduce their carbon footprints and in turn save time and money, improve productivity and add value.

Access Accounting’s Access Dimensions and its ACE software tools are available via UK-based IT solutions provider Enhanced.

Mr Howitt said it was "very interesting" to discover "just how easily" the Access Dimensions ACE software "cuts through the complexity of measuring carbon emissions."

He told how Access Accounting's Access Dimensions ACE software had given companies and organisations the means to:

- measure and report on carbon emissions quickly and easily
- provide visibility of their impact on the environment
- demonstrate to stakeholders that they are committed to building sustainable businesses.
