Sponsors local racer Amy Kizildagli

Known for speed of delivery and providing a winning formula, IT specialists Enhanced have agreed to sponsor local karting champion, Amy Kizildagli.

Amy, born and bred in Dorset, captured the hearts of the karting world when as a youngster she competed with the likes of Formula 1 racers Jenson Button and Anthony Davison. In 1995, Amy won the Junior TKM Championship Series. Amy was the first ever female in the series history to win the championship. At the age of 16, Amy had the racing world at her feet, but personal circumstances led to her having to give up her career and love of racing.

Now, a young mum of two girls, Amy is determined to get back into the world of racing. Her aim is to be competing in the 2010 VW Cup driving a bio-diesel powered Beetle TDI. This summer has seen her back on the tracks and needing sponsorship to fulfil her dream, Amy approached award winning IT specialists Enhanced. Simon White, MD Enhanced loved her determination and self belief and agreed to sponsor her first comeback race.

Amy and her team "Enhanced Racing", entered the Charity Kart Grand Prix, held at Clay Pigeon Raceway, in an endurance event lasting 4 hours and 30 minutes. With 13 driver changes and clocking up top speeds of 50 mph, the 5 strong team lapped the circuit over 360 time and won by over 2 laps.

Enhanced were track-side to congratulate the winning team and delighted to hear that they race raised £4300 for charity.

"Amy has everything needed to continue to win," says Simon "skill, passion and a tremendous team supporting her. Enhanced are delighted to be sponsoring Amy and wish her continued success in fulfilling her dreams."
