Local IT Specialists, Enhanced is delighted to announce it has won the coveted Software Satisfaction Award for 2009. Enhanced was acclaimed as Reseller of the Year, one of the Business Software Industry’s highest accolades at the awards ceremony held in London. Enhanced won as a result of its customers voting for them for the Enhanced team’s outstanding customer service.

The Software Satisfaction Awards were established in 2006, to reward high standards from software application providers serving UK businesses. The awards are unique as they are based on the views of genuine buyers and end-users of business software applications - not those of a judging panel.

The Software Satisfaction Awards provide an independent, user-voted benchmark for levels of service from software resellers, and therefore act as a valuable guide for businesses looking to purchase the very best software systems. In the final analysis, Enhanced triumphed in the close-fought battle to be crowned Reseller of the Year, posting a near-perfect customer satisfaction score from over 170 customers.

A team from Enhanced attended the awards ceremony which was held at the Royal Courts of Justice and were overwhelmed when they heard of their success.

Receiving this award is the culmination of what has been a very successful year for Enhanced. They have gained some major new customers including The Arts University College Bournemouth, Hadland Care Group and Camps International to name just a few and are currently developing and strengthening their Technology department under the leadership of newly appointed Director, John Clough.
