Enhanced appoints a dedicated project manager to each assignment who will follow the implementation from day one, seeing it through its critical installation period, overseeing all training needs and maintaining close communications at all times with the clients appointed personnel. It is the project manager's responsibility to ensure that every step of the project is carefully planned, expertly executed and well communicated at all levels. A crucial element of this process is to ensure that existing business applications and company data are integrated into the new Enhanced solutions. Any concerns will be carefully addressed and reassurance given when and wherever required.
