In June 2005, we introduced our updated Remote Support service. This enables our technicians to remotely access your desktop via the internet to assist in resolving support issues. With this service, the help desk staff can rapidly resolve complex and mission-critical support incidents and handle increasing call volume without increasing budgets. Customers have found this an invaluable addition to the Enhanced Support Service.

Unlike other remote support services that store unencrypted information such as chat transcripts or session recordings on the local representative's PC or on data-centre servers, this service never holds unencrypted session information within the company. Stored information is always encrypted, and no one has the encryption key except you.
