service provided. Telephone support lines are
open from 8:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Friday. Additional cover can be arranged for special
events. All helpdesk staff are all trained to a very high standard and backed up by
years of industry experience.
Each call is given its own unique reference and priority depending on the problem reported; it is then proactively managed to
ensure a quick and effective solution is found. If necessary, temporary workarounds can be set up to keep you working efficiently. Our helpdesk staff can
also call upon Enhanced Remote Support Service and Server Monitoring Service to assist in
providing a quick and efficient resolution to your problem.
Pre-paid Support Packs
Enhanced provide packs of prepaid hours which can be called off at anytime during the
year as needed. These prepaid hours can be used for schedules maintenance or housekeeping
visits, ad-hoc reconfiguration or support issues requiring on-site assistance. Enhanced will provide month
end statements when support packs have been used. Support Packs can be purchased in various
quantities and discounts are given for larger purchases.
System Healthchecks
Healthcheck consists of a detailed review of your system, configuration settings, performance,
and operating procedures, including effective backup plan. During the process, we will
check for any potential errors and apply any required updates (for example Microsoft Service Packs).
A document is then produced detailing findings and recommendations for long term improvements.

On behalf of Flux I felt I must drop you a quick email to offer up our thanks for the excellent service
provided by James during what has been the most awful time for us. Thanks to him I am able
to send you this email.
I won’t go into any great detail other than to say he proved himself to be a superb ambassador for
Enhanced. He involved himself in matters he needn’t just to make sure we were coping
with the abysmal service we were getting from <other company>. He offered guidance as to what we
should do to get out of the mess and rang numerous times out of blue just to check on our state
of morale, remaining calm and supportive throughout the whole sad saga. As a result we have
now entered into an agreement with you to support our broadband and email requirements as well continuing
to oversee our PC hardware and software.
